The death rate is higher than China, which is the center of a pandemic. Now in mainland China there are 3,281 deaths. Reported by Al-Jazeera (03/24/2020), Italy's highest mortality rate in the world, which is more than 9 percent. Whereas in China the mortality rate is at 3.8 percent. Then in Germany which has reported more than 24,000 cases and 94 deaths, the mortality rate is 0.3 percent. Italy has tried to take extreme measures such as the national lockdown, but it still cannot "level the curve". Flattening the curve means slowing the spread of infectious diseases.
